1. CUSTOM APPAREL & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Because our custom clothing and apparel are printed, embroidered, or manufactured specifically to your specifications or made-to-order, these items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under European Union consumer law (Article 103.c of the Spanish TRLGDCU).

Defects or Errors: If your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at [Your Contact Email] within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and your order number.
Size Exchanges: Since products are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size choices. Please refer carefully to our Size Guide before placing an order.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products: For any non-customized physical products, you have the right to return them within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. ONLINE WORKSHOPS & DIGITAL CONTENT

Our online workshops, webinars, and digital downloads are governed by the specific regulations for digital services.

Live Workshops: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled live session. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, but we may offer you access to the recorded session or a credit for future workshops at our discretion.
Pre-recorded / On-Demand Content: Once access to a recorded workshop or digital download has been granted or streamed, you explicitly consent to lose your right of withdrawal, and no refunds will be issued.

3. MEMBERSHIPS & SOCIOS PROGRAM

When you join our membership program, you gain immediate access to exclusive perks, discounts, and member-only content.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time through your WooCommerce account dashboard. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused membership periods.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via Stripe). Please note:

Refunds can take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution or PayPal processing times.
Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item sent was defective or incorrect.
